Caesar Dressing - Dinner With Julie

Caesar Dressing

1/4 cup lemon juice (or half lemon juice, half balsamic vinegar)

1/4 cup low fat mayo

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, finely crushed

2 tsp. grainy (or not) Dijon mustard

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

lots of freshly ground black pepper


1Whisk it all together in a bowl or shake it up in a jar.
