Cheesy Stick Biscuits

1 7.6 oz (212 g) pkg Bisquick

1/2 cup water

a handful of grated cheese (optional)


1In a bowl (or whatever container you have), stir together the Bisquick, water and a handful of grated cheese.

2Find a few long sticks that aren't too dry and clean them off while your campfire burns down to hot coals. Wrap pieces of dough around the end of the stick, keeping the dough no more than an inch thick, and hold over the coals, turning, until golden and cooked through. Eat warm.

3Makes about 6 stick biscuits.
