Cheryl’s Sour Cream Ice Cream

2 cups sour cream

1 cup half & half

1/2 cup whipping cream

juice of half a lemon

splash of vanilla extract

3/4 cup sugar

pinch of salt


1Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth, or blitz in the blender for a few minutes. Freeze in your ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2Makes about 1L.
