Honey Ice Cream

1/3 cup good-quality honey

2 cups 18% coffee cream (or 1 cup whipping cream and 1 cup 2% milk)


1If the honey is solid or crystallized, microwave it for about 10 seconds to liquefy; stir into the cream and put in the refrigerator until chilled. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Makes about 3 cups.
