Ingredients

4 cups fresh or frozen peas, thawed

a big handful fresh mint, torn into pieces

a small handful fresh chives, torn into pieces

3 cups chicken or veg stock

1 tsp. each salt and sugar

Directions

1Whiz everything in the food processor or blender until smooth. Makes about 1 1/2 L.
