Peanut Truffle Fudge

3/4 cup half & half (or full-on whipping cream)

3 cups chocolate chips

1 cup salted peanuts


1In a medium pot or microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream (on the stovetop or in the microwave) until barely simmering. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth. Stir in the peanuts.

2Spread into a loaf pan and chill; cut into squares or strips or trim bits and bites off and just eat them. (Not too much.).
