 2 Tbsp. ancho chili powder (or any chili powder)
 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic (the stuff that looks like sand)
 1 Tbsp. granulated onion (ditto)
 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
 1 tsp. chipotle powder or cayenne
 1 tsp. dried oregano
 1 tsp. dried parsley

Mix together; rub over pork or beef steaks before grilling.
