Buffalo Turkey Dip
Yields1 Serving
1 8 oz (250 g) pkg cream cheese, cut into chunks
1-2 cups chopped or shredded cooked turkey
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded old white or orange cheddar
1/2 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green onion, chopped
cilantro (optional)
1

In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese (I mix or whip it first to get rid of any lumps, which will melt as you bake it anyway...), turkey, sour cream, cheddar and hot sauce, stirring until well-blended.

2

Transfer to a shallow baking dish, scatter with mozzarella (or more cheddar) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Sprinkle with green onions and/or cilantro and serve warm, with crusty bread or tortilla chips.
