Cheryl’s Sour Cream Ice Cream

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups sour cream
 1 cup half & half
 1/2 cup whipping cream
 juice of half a lemon
 splash of vanilla extract
 3/4 cup sugar
 pinch of salt

Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth, or blitz in the blender for a few minutes. Freeze in your ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.


Makes about 1L.
