Chocolate Fondue for Two
Chocolate Fondue for Two
If you’re making white chocolate fondue, swap two Green & Black’s White chocolate bars for the dark, and reduce the cream to 1/2 cup.

In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer; remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate. (If you're making two kinds in contrasting colours, either double the quantity of cream and chocolate and do it in two batches, or divide the warm cream between two bowls before stirring dark chocolate into one, white into the other.) Transfer to a small chocolate fondue pot if you have one, otherwise serve it in a warmed bowl, with fruit, cookies and homemade marshmallows for dipping. Serves 2.
