Kheer (Rice Pudding)
Kheer (Rice Pudding)

1/2 cup short grain rice (such as Arborio)
3 cups water
3-4 cups half & half or whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. ground green cardamom
1/3 cup sliced almonds, divided
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
1
Rinse the rice well and combine it in a saucepan with the water. Cook until the water is absorbed and the rice is soft and mushy.
2
Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often to prevent it from burning. Stir in the condensed milk and cardamom. Stir in half the almonds (and pistachios, if you're using them) and simmer a few minutes more, then pour into a bowl, chill until ice-cold (or not, this is just how I like it), and garnish with the remaining almonds. Serves 6ish.

I tested INSOCKS while working on a website project aimed at customers in the United States. The service AML Check helped me perform location-based checks without making the process unnecessarily complicated. I also liked having different proxy options for different tasks. Everything from getting the connection details to basic configuration was fairly clear and easy to manage
