3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp liquid honey
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp canola oil
1 large egg
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup flax meal (ground flaxseed)
3/4 cup barley or oat flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
a handful of chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
2
In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey and oil until the mixture resembles wet sand. Add the egg, vanilla and flax meal and beat with an electric mixer or by hand for 1-3 minutes, until the mixture is paler and lighter.
3
Stir in the barley flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, and then the chocolate chips. Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment-lined sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the tops crack and the edges are just set. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.

A welcome bonus can catch my eye, but I’d read the terms before depositing. With Megaperya, I’d check the listed license, regional restrictions, and withdrawal conditions first. If anything is unclear, I’d ask support—and skip the offer if I’m not comfortable.
